 Scott Wasserman is responsible for creating a strong link between operations, business development initiatives and special projects. Wasserman supports all aspects of operations and leads a special projects function which brings new programs and MedStar Health system initiatives to operations. Wasserman joined the VNA in 2000 as a field clinician and became the Rehabilitation Operations Director in 2006.
Wasserman graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy. Before joining the VNA, he was the director of sub-acute services for a company that handled workers compensation claims and was a consultant to multiple industries in managing workers compensation claims. Wasserman is a member of the National Rehabilitation Occupational Medicine Program, providing rehabilitation and educational services to companies in the D.C./Maryland area.

 Daisy Ball provides clinical and managerial leadership to the professional and administrative staff at the Calverton, D.C. and Virginia agencies. Ball works with VNA leadership to integrate a seamless workflow for all care providers. She strives to create and ensure a harmonious patient-first environment, while adhering to the regulatory and reimbursement guidelines.
Ball received her Associates Degree in Nursing from the District of Columbia University in 1987 and became a certified operations director with MedStar VNA in 2001.

 Priscilla Mills provides operational leadership to the Pulaski Park, Owings Mills and Edgewater offices. Mills has worked in home health for over twenty years, using her clinical expertise and experience to enhance patient care and manage operations.
Mills holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Maryland, a Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware, and holds an AACNN Certification in Home Health.
